She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bush and Ima Bush (Gilbreath). She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Smith; her friends, Sonny Smith (Marion) of Claremore, OK and Joan Witham of Anderson; and her brothers, Bruce Bush (Stormi) of Highland, IN and Bert Bush. She is also survived by several loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Omega Christian Church.
