We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2021, at the age of 87, Morris Cooper of Elwood, Indiana, born in Springfield, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cooper and Mary Cooper (Morris); his siblings, Eurie Brown and Charles Cooper; his parents-in-law, Doc and Wanda Goings; and his siblings-in-law, Butch Goings and Judy Mountcastle.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cooper of Elwood; his sons, Danny Cooper (Susan), Dave Cooper (Carol Brewer) and Douglas Cooper (Julie); his siblings, Bob Cooper of Elwood and Joyce Hodson (Rick) of Elwood; his grandchildren, Autumn Beaman, Kristen Crist (Kevin), Aubrey Harris, Alex Adams (Dustin), David Cooper II, Michael Cooper, Kailee Cooper, Courtney Carson (Zeb) and Claire Cooper; his stepgrandchildren, Kurt Simpson, Kasie Humphries, Katie Melvin and Kolton Melvin; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Morrow (David) of Anderson and Marcia Goings of Alexandria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
