She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Forsythe and Kim Forsythe (Dobson); her husband Damien Gmurk; her children, Hunter William Green, DJ Gmurk, Alexia Gmurk and Malachai Gmurk; her sister Katie Davis; her siblings-in-law, Crystal Cancio, Felicia Morales, Christy Julian and Jeremy Gmurk; her parents-in-law, Rick and Angie Gerard; her grandfather Mack Dobson; her aunts and uncles, Pam, John Neal, Linda, Lloyd Hinkle, Diana and Dan Chalfie; her cousins, Nicole Flaty, Justin Neal and Nikki Parr; her close friends, Big A, Scott Troutman, Samantha Noone, Jessica Muldoon, Tina Jones, Ann, Tony Harless, Joel and Ashley Dockery; her grandparents, Billy Joe, Betty Forsythe and Doris Dobson; and her cousin Amanda Hinkle.
