He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Brooks and Rev. Helen Brooks (Hull); and his siblings, Betty JoAnn Brooks, Rosanna Leah Brooks, Donna Lou Alexander, Raymond and Russell Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie C. Brooks (Cook); and his son Marty I. Brooks of Elwood, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
