She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Fox and Virginia T. Fox (Tuttle). She is survived by: her husband Ramiro Saldana of Mt. Vernon; her son Blaine Stewert Kelly (Amanda) of Mt. Vernon; her grandsons, Justin Kelly and Austin Kelly (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Travis and Levi Kelly; her brother Dale J. Fox (Maria); and her siblings-in-law, Janie Sage, Elena Wood, Elidia Carrillo, Cruz Saldana, Ruben Saldana, Anita "Mimi" Casas (Guadelupe) and Nate Saldana (Donna).
Memorial contributions may be made the Humane Society in honor of JoAnn's love of animals.
