It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen L. Bannon of Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Harry" Roller and Mildred Roller (Vanhorn); her daughter Mary Bannon; her grandson Shawn Keller; her siblings, Opal Jackson, Fred, Dickie, Ted, Lawrence, Joe, Virgil, Ernest, George and Estell Roller; and her parents-in-law, Violet Mae, Merlin Tyler, Lawone Collis, John H. Bannon Sr., Joe Bannon and Bill Bannon.
She is survived by: her husband John H. Bannon; her children, Mildred Barnhouse of Muncie, Lavone Bannon of Elwood, Naomi Keller (Randy) of Alexandria, John Ray Bannon of Elwood and Bert Bannon of Elwood; her grandchildren, Nancy Barnhouse, Mike Barnhouse, Heather Keller Foster, Billy Joe Bannon and Robert Burton; and her sister-in-law Leeann Roller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
