Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clifford Payne of Elwood, Indiana, born in Malden, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 82, on November 19, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Payne and Grace Payne (Underwood); his siblings, Bill Payne and Jewellene Munns; his daughter Sheila Zorne; and his grandson Joshua Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Doyle Payne of Elwood, Jeff Payne of Elwood, Rickie Payne of Elwood and Terrie Chitwood of Elwood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Frankton American Legion.
