Parker of Elberfeld, Indiana, born in Richland, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Parker and Guinevere Parker (Harmon); and his brother Bob Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker (Atkinson) of Elberfeld, IN; his children, Craig Parker (Bridget) of Newburgh, IN, Natalia Fletcher (Paul) of Evansville, IN and Madolyn O'Neal (Chris) of Elberfeld, IN; his grandchildren, Nicholas Parker, Benjamin Parker and Gracelyn O'Neal; and his sister Brenda Bell of Haubstadt, IN..
