He was predeceased by: his parents, James Embrey and Mary Embrey (Miller); and his sister Patti Owens. He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Embrey; his children, Ryan Embrey (Sonya) and Cassie Embrey (Jacob Hoffman); his brothers, Jimmy Embrey and Jerry Embry (Angie); his grandchildren, Brittany, Joe and Jasmine; and his great grandchildren, Xavier, Zayden, Alek, Melanie and Alaric.
