He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Holzbach Jakubowicz; and his aunt Shirley Byers. He is survived by: his son Steven W. Holzbach; his parents, Betty Holzbach and William Holzbach; his siblings, Laura Conquest (Mike) and David Holzbach; his former wife Alexis Dedelow; his aunts, Dolores Clark (late James) and Stephanie Casey (late Roger); his uncle James Casey (late Patricia); and his cousin Sandy Saucedo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Father Blaney's Share Foundation or to charity of choice.
