He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Garcia and Hope Garcia; and his siblings, Alice Quijas, Jesse James Garcia (late Rosa), Henry Garcia, Angel Garcia and Salvador Garcia.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Sanchez, Jose Garcia (Alice), Isabell Garcia (William Tronjo) and Xavier Garcia; and his sister-in-law Diane Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
