He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Mitreski (Kire); his grandsons, Elijah and Adrian; his father Ruben Montemayor, Sr.; his sisters, Veronica Montemayor and Sandra Navejas (Mike); his niece Andrea Zepeda (Enrique); his great-nephews, Max, Michael and Elliana Zepeda; and his close friend Martha "Yaya" Arroyo.
