Richard Lemos Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lemos of East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jose Lemus, Peter Lemos (Martha) and Catherine Adamez (late Ruben); and his parents, Asencion Lemos and Juanita Lemos.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Lemos; his daughters, Marcella Gonzalez (Jose) and Nicole Alvarez (Aaron); his grandchildren, A. J., Adrianna Alvarez and Joaquin Gonzalez; and his siblings, Asencion, Fred Lemos (Becky), Mary Flesher (late Nick) and Pia Sepulveda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The American Legion Post #369 will post colors 6:30 pm Friday. **(MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE REQUIRED)** Richard was a retired Pipefitter from Inland Steel Company and the City of East Chicago Parks Department and he was currently employed at ELG Metals in South Chicago, IL.
