She was predeceased by: her husband Ramon Guillen, Sr.; her children, Socorro, Jesus Guillen and Luis Guillen; and her great grandchild Ralph R. Cancel.

She is survived by: her children, Guadalupe Mauricio (Lupe), Ramon Jr. Guillen (Ruby), Josie Cancel (Ralph), Jose Sr. Guillen (Sara), Cristina Rios (William), Juan Antonio Guillen (Juanita), Laura Figueroa (Luis), Richie Guillen (Teri), David Guillen, Ana Guillen and Daniel Guillen. She is also survived by 44 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
