She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Soy and Stanley J. Soy. She is survived by: her siblings, Stanley V. Soy (Charlene), Brian Soy (Mary), Timothy Soy (Harriet), Kathryn Polak (John), Susan Cundiff (Thurman) and Debbie Douglas (Brian); and her pet Jake. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
