He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Rubio and Aurora Rubio (Munoz). He is survived by: his sisters, Victoria Salazar, Frances Rubio, Christine Rubio, Sandra Rubio, Maria Flores (Adrian) and Rosalinda Rubio; and his aunts, Guadalupe Martinez and Abelina Juarez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.
