She is survived by: her husband Miguel Rodriguez; her children, Michael Rodriguez (Carmen), John Rodriguez, Mike Rodriguez, Jr. and Marie Rodriguez; her grandson Mike Angel Rodriguez III; her siblings, Cruz Torres (Beatrice), Gabriel Torres and Amelia Torres; her niece Amy Espinosa; and her nephew Joseph Delgado, Jr..

Private Burial will be held at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Gary, IN. **(Due to COVID-19: there will a limit to 10 people or less allowed in the Funeral Home. Thank you for your cooperation.) Damaris had a good heart and she looked out for many, many people.
