It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmelo Rivera Garcia of East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Inocencio Garcia; his siblings, Theresa Garcia and Wilfredo Garcia; and his mother Josephina Neal. He is survived by: his wife Natividad Garcia (Tiva); his children, Olga Garcia, Elisa Ramos, Roberto Garcia and Alberto Garcia; and his sister Minerva Garcia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
