She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Katherine Thomas and Robert Thomas; her former husband Dr. LaForrest Garner; her husband Chairman; her children, Deana Smith (Alvis) of Arizona, Thomas Garner (Sarah) of Indianapolis, IN and Sanford Garner (Marjut) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandsons, Kendall Garner and Kessler Garner of Indianapolis, IN; and her siblings, Gloria Brooks of St. Louis, MO, Bobbetta Brown of Sacramento, CA, Paul Harrison of San Francisco, CA and Timothy Harrison (Phonechia) of Sacramento, CA. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
