He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Adams and Elaine Adams; and his parents-in-law, Kathryn and John Burns. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Adams; his children, Scott Adams (Meg), Allison Murtagh (Stu), Becky Venus (Bob) and Patrick Adams (Courtney); his grandchildren, Jacen, Justin Adams, Molly, Emma Venus, Connor, Chloe and Lily Adams; his siblings, Sue Vertel, Terry Govert (Lyle), Jodie Hermann (George), Tom Adams (Gloria) and Jim Adams (Colleen); and his sister-in-law Noreen Burns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
