He was predeceased by: his son Sean; and his mother Thelma (Mary Felgenhauer). He is survived by: his daughter Emalie C. Fredrickson; the mother of his children Laurel Fredrickson; his grandchildren, Parker, Oliver and Star; his father Richard Fredrickson; his sister Betty Wischover (Gary); his nephews, Bradley and Garrett Wischover; and his friend Ronald Felgenhauer.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Indiana.
