She is survived by: her daughter Kim Yurkanin (Jim); her grandson Jayce; her son David Zelasko (Jaime); her grandchildren, Gracie, Max and Maggie; and her siblings, Theresa Czachor (late Ryszard), Sophie Zajak, Barbara Wojcik (Randy), Stanley Barszcz and Mary Barszcz. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, stepchildren, step grandchildren, and step great grandchild.
