She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Medwick Matlock; her daughters, Michelle Sickles (David) and Georgianna Mize (Jeff); her stepsons, Mathew Matlock and Ryan Matlock; her grandchildren, Maddisyn Sickles, Dylan Sickles, Kristen Gutierrez (Joseph), Krystal Tachik (Larry) and Gregory Boatright; her great grandchildren, Madison McCall, Julius Gutierrez, Manuel Gutierrez, Lilli O'Rourke, Lincoln Tachik, Lyla Tachik, Tyler Boatright and Reagan Boatright; her brothers, Rick Allen (Sheri), David Allen (Cindy), Thomas Allen and Robert Allen (Leasa); her parents, John Allen and Lillian Allen (Davis); her daughter Kimberly Sue Mullins; her granddaughter Alexis Sickles; and her son-in-law Jeff Mize. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Diane's memory to VNA Hospice Center of Valparaiso, 501 Marquette Street, Valparaiso, Indiana.
