He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Cunningham; his daughter April Green (Melvin); and his parents, Robert H. Cunningham and Florence Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Bobbie J. Ruble (Richard Crocker) of Batavia, Cheryl Cunningham of Florida, Gina Cunningham Jackson of Ft. Thomas, Bob (Tessie) of Farmer's Retreat, Frank Cunningham (Tracey) of Farmer's Retreat, Barton Cunningham (late Missy) of Dillsboro and Matt Cunningham of Batesville; and also Carmen Ruble. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
