He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Patton; and his son Kevin Patton. He is survived by: his mother Bessie Patton (Jamison) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his wife Brenda Patton (Cox) of Seymour, Indiana; his daughters, Tumeka Patton of Jeffersonville, Tara Boyer of Elkhart, Tiffany Patton of Sellersburg, Indiana and Alisha Collins of Sellersburg, Indiana; and his siblings, Tim Patton of Scottsburg, Indiana and Tonja Patton of Scottsburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and two nephews.
