She is survived by: her spouse Donald Joshua Howard; her children, Gary Howard of Deputy, Jerry Howard (Becky) of Lexington, Indiana and Brenda Bentz (Bill) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Carla Howard, Alan Howard (Cheryl), Jason Barnes (Jessica Zink), Tina Bell (Troy), April Howard and Josh Howard (Brittany Combs); her great grandchildren, Luke Howard, James Richardson, Casey Richardson, Josh Richardson, Tyler Ashby, Brandon Bell (Sierra), Hunter Bell, Remington Bell, Emma Howard, Zoey Howard and Jade Barnes; her stepgrandchildren, Jason Campbell, Valerie White (Mike) and Tracie Bentz; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sebastian Campbell, Taren Campbell, Kealey White, Ashlyn White and Brielle Giar; and her sisters, Carolyn Jean McDonley of Columbus and Evelyn Bedwell of Shelbyville, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
