She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Hoover and Shirley Hoover (Rexrode); her sons, Don Joseph (Connie) and Deryel Bullard (Shelly); her brothers, Woody Hoover (Libby) and Dallas Hoover; her husband Deryel W. 'DW Bullard; and her brother Bobby Hoover. She was also cherished by 2 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
