David Lee Phillips Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2021, at the age of 77, David Lee Phillips Sr. of Demotte, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phillips and Mary Pottenger (Lones); and his half-brother Robin Gates. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Phillips of DeMotte, IN; his children, Tammy Long (Matt) of Elkhart, IN, Teri West of Greenwood, IN, Dawna Montgomery of Lakeland, FL, Ginger O'Rourke (Christian) of Herndon, VA, David Phillips II (Susan) of DeMotte, IN and Mark Phillips (Jenna) of Westville, IN; his sister Linda Westhusin; his half-sister Katina Levering (David); his stepbrother Jim Gates; and his cousin Richard Strong. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter.
