We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2018, at the age of 81, Francis Mattingly (Dale, Indiana), born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Mattingly; his wife Thelson Mattingly; and his sister Patsy Ray. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Mattingly (Alvey); his children, Leigh Duncan (Dennis), Jennifer Mattingly, Lisa Gibson (DeWayne), Tammy Howe, Jeff Mattingly (Becky Clifton), Jim Mattingly and Rick Mattingly (Vivian); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Duncan, Kylie Duncan, Madeline Hines, Lauren Hines, Journey Mattingly, Charlie Gibson, Josh Gibson, Lauren Schlimmer, Jason Hinsey, Stevi Dennis, Aaron Howe and Christa Mattingly; and his sister Linda Rich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and best friend.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to American Bladder Cancer Society or Boonville VFW in Red's name.
