He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koch and Geraldine Koch. He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Koch; his son Joel (Kerstin); his grandson Benjamin (Teri) of Valparaiso, Indiana; his children, Logan (Hanna Raber) and Madison Hentgen (Alexander) of Chesterton, Indiana; his grandchildren, Alexa, Nora, Emily, Nolan, Remington and Bowen; and his siblings, Georgia Miller (Edward) of Henderson, Donald (late Cynthia) of Highland and Raymond (Dianne) of Oak Creek.
