She is survived by: her children, Jeff Moshinsky (Amy) of Lebanon and Sara Velasquez (Josh) of Schererville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nadine Velasquez of Chicago, Kendall Moshinsky of Little Rock and Cade Moshinsky of Lebanon, Tennessee; and her siblings, Terry Moore (Judy) of Gary, Indiana and Mona Moore of Independence, Kansas.
