He is survived by: his wife Carol Mazzaro; his children, Robert Mazzaro and Kirsten Lazzaroni (Troy); his stepchildren, Cory King and Dexx King; his grandchildren, Brayden and Easton Lazzaroni; his stepgranddaughter Delainey King; his brother Tom Mazzaro; and his former wife Angie Parker.
