We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024, at the age of 85, Mary Jo Duckett of Crown Point, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert M. Duckett; her daughter Anne M. Forsmark; her grandchildren, Sarah Forsmark and Jacob Forsmark; and her siblings, Kathie Bonk, Bette Novak and Tom Bonk.
She is survived by: her children, Michael T. Duckett (Barbara), Kathleen A. Menn (Howard), Robert J. Duckett (Ann) and Joseph L. Duckett; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kuipers (Andrew), Joshua Forsmark (Bethany), Matthew Duckett (Michelle), Andrew Duckett (Kylie), Samuel Duckett (Taylor) and Shelby Duckett; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Kuipers, Tristan Forsmark, Brennley Duckett, Madison Kuipers, Bennett Forsmark, Taysom Duckett and Avery Duckett; and her siblings, Barbara Schuirmann, Teri Moxley (Brian), John Bonk (Barbara) and Eileen Rozborski (Clarence Witt).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Mary's name to St. Matthias Catholic Church.
