He was predeceased by: his father John A. Girard; his grandparents, Stanley, Louise Girard and Sally Gross; and his cousin Glenn Gross.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Girard; his sister Lisa Treadway (Robert); his aunts, Nancy J. Gross and Nancy Houldieson (Will); his cousins, Sheila Dunn (Casey), Amy Andrews (Dean), Andrea Gross and Lyla Gross; and his friend William Kryspin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Doug's name to the American Heart Association.
