It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Fields of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Janice Fields; her siblings, Tammy Hedrick and Greg Fields (Shelly); her nephews, David Hedrick (Heidi), Cody Fields and Wyatt Fields; her niece Katie Brasher (Andy); her great-nephew Liam Hedrick; her great-niece Cecelia Hedrick; and her aunts, Cheryl Dankoff and Marilyn Metcalf. She is also survived by her many cousins, extended family members and friends.
