She was predeceased by: her son Michael Paul "Mikey" Lewis; and her parents, Herschel Clell and Phyllis Jean Philpott. She is survived by: her son Kevin Lewis (Brittany) of Cedar Lake, IN; her granddaughter Adalynn Lewis; her brother William Philpott (Evelyn) of Quincy, IL; her niece Brittany Bleichner (Michael) of Quincy, IL; and her great-nephew Elliot Bleichner.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Connie's name to Epilepsy Foundation, the American Heart Association, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
