It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Phillips (Crown Point, Indiana), who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Denny; and her parents, Gloria and James. She is survived by: her daughters, Trisha (Dale) and Nikki (Mark); her grandchildren, Bradley, Ellyn, Mitchell, Melissa, Jenna, Benjamin and Emma; and her great grandchild Hailey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Cindy's name to Dunes Hospice.
