She was predeceased by: her son Jim Fulk; her parents, Harry Gumbert and Katherine Gumbert; her sister Edith Knotts; and her husband John Fulk.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Fulk (Kay) and Scott Fulk; her grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Chad and Stacy; and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Henry and Benjamin.
