He was predeceased by: his father John S. Young; his wife Cheryl Jane Miller; and his sister Rachel J. Rankey. He is survived by: his children, Tracie Young and Ed Young (Melissa); his grandchildren, Bethany and Jonathon Young; his brothers, Steve Young and James "Bob" Young; and his close friend Judy Connor.
