He is survived by: his significant other Lana Fulford; his children, Yancie (Rhonda) of Hopkinsville and Kalay Stevens (Mark) of Kissimmee; his brothers, Dan (Judy) and John Welliever; his grandchildren, Whitney (Kaleb Bowman), Corey (Brittany Welliever), Lexi (Michael Russell), Olivia (Jake Zurawski) and Maggie (Blair Malench); and his great grandchildren, Julia, Will, Quin, Ames Russell, Charlie, Anna, Henry Malench and Lennon Zurawski.
