He is survived by: his children, Audie Wells (Pam) of Lake Marian, IL., Tawny McDaniel (Jeff) of Elwood and Daphnie Sheets of Elwood; his stepson Shawn Proctor (Sami); his grandchildren, Josh Wells, Ashley Wells (Jeremiah), Zachary Wells (Susie), Adam Boyland (Christina), Audra Crowder (Craig), Christopher Vest (Jackie), Shelby Johns, Sawyer and Asher Proctor; and his nephews, Brian LaShure (Shirley) and Robby LaShure.
