She is survived by: her son Cody Spurlock; her brother Jason Spurlock (Jordan Spurlock); her daughter Heather Spurlock; her grandsons, Leo Spurlock and Kaiden James Tucker; and her siblings, Laura Dolph, Becky Dolph Chambers and Aaron Dolph.
