He was predeceased by: his father Richard Paul Jaques; and his brothers, Thomas Jaques and Monte Howell. He is survived by: his daughters, Yolanda Pastuszak of Lincoln and Tiffany; his grandchildren, Jamie Howard (Jessica), Joe Pastuszak (Michela), Tyler Vanous (Andrea) and Courtney Ackley (Cameron); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Colton and Sophie Mae.
