With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis D. Hadler of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Salem, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Metcalf and Hazel Irene Metcalf (Sands); her brother Marshall A. Metcalf; and her niece Marsha Richards Klopp. She is survived by: her children, Rod Levitt (Katie), Keith Levitt (Kasie) and Candi Lush; and her siblings, Linda Wright (Terry), Merle Metcalf (Paula) and Bruce Metcalf.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
