She was predeceased by: her father James Horn; and her stepson Allan Myers. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Coudret, Tammy Acosta and Kelli Koebcke; her siblings, Karen Wilbur (John), Tom Horn (Rose) and John Horn (Brenda); her stepchildren, Dennis Myers and Kathy Witt; her grandchildren, Carter Coudret, Giovanni, Elian Acosta and Indie Paquin; and her stepgrandchildren, Katie, Kyle Witt, Samantha and Sarah Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe given to the Women of the Moose Chapter 696, 402 Waynetown Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 or the Ripley Township Fire Department, PO Box 52, Alamo, IN 47916.
