He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Abrams and Amy Abrams; his siblings, Robert, Charles, Harry, Matilda Anderson, Amy Burson-Jackson and Ruth Johnson; his stepchildren, Devin Beauchamp and Kathy Owens; his grandson Tom Fox; and his stepson Richard Beauchamp (Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Bowman, Ora "Jim" Sherman (Colleen) and Pamla Jewell; his stepchildren, Scott Beauchamp, Lori Ayling (Jon) and Cindy Smith (Rusty); his former wife Betty Gene Sherman; and his wife Alice Beauchamp. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and 14 nieces and nephew.
