She is survived by: her children, Michael Haskell (Kimberly) of Crawfordsville, Donna Spagnoli (Scott) of North Port and Elizabeth Medina of Phoenix; and her sisters, Nancy, Gail and Janet. She is also survived by three granddaughters and four grandsons.
