We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2023, at the age of 92, Alfred E. Rice of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in New Market, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Rice; his children, Pamela Rice and Milton Rice; his daughter-in-law Deanna Rice; and his grandchild Kelly Browning.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rice (McMahan); his sons, Kenneth "Ken" Rice and Brian Rice; and his brother Daniel Rice (Ruth Ellen). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Alfred's memory may be made to Freedom Cemetery Association.
