She was predeceased by: her parents, James Esarey and Gwendolyn Esarey (Pollard); and her brothers, Ralph and Marcus Esarey. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Esarey of Corydon, Stacey Akers of Palmyra and James McCowan (Amanda) of New Albany; her siblings, Paul Esarey of Georgetown, IN, Rita Seelye of Elizabeth, IN and Betty Griffin of Pekin, IN; her grandchildren, Justice (Danielle), Haley, Stephen, Starlee, Emma and Mikah; and her great grandchild Jaxon.
