He is survived by: his wife Willie Corinne "Connie" Haven Clark; his children, Ronald Ollis (Debbie) of New Salisbury, Kenneth Ollis (Penny) of Suwanee, Georgia, Deborah Lasley (Kelly) of Marengo, Donna Smith (Bill) of Greenville, Connie Wolfe (Charlie) of Mt. Eden and Tina Rixman of Louisville; and his siblings, Curtis Clark (Edith) of Wooster, Ohio and Pat Fields (Robert) of Morgantown, Kentucky. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
